About the course
This course contains theoretical and practical materials on organisational culture, business communication, the main characteristics and reasons of conflicts in organisations, exit strategies and stress management.
The course aims at shaping the complex knowledge on the theory and methodology of organisational conflict management and stress management, forming practical skills of using different conflict resolution techniques which learners can further use in their professional activities. In addition to theoretical information, many practical tasks and cases are provided by the authors of this course. Course teaching staff include conflict scientists, a psychologist, a mediator, and a specialist in differential psychology. Students will learn the latest techniques in managing organizational conflicts, negotiating,neuro-linguistic programming, and stress management. This course will be useful for all managers and students studying this discipline.
