Who are these courses for?

These 4 online courses are aimed at foreign learners who are just beginning to learn Russian.

What are these courses about?

The main objective is to help Russian as a second language learners gain basic skills in speaking and writing in Russian. After you complete the courses, you will be able to use basic Russian in everyday situations.

The courses include videos, presentations, texts for reading comprehension, tests and quizzes and a Grammar section.

To complete each lesson, you will need to watch a video, listen to dialogs and complete automatically graded tasks.

If you complete all 4 courses, you will be able to understand spoken Russian in a variety of everyday situations, to communicate according to the rules of the Russian speaking etiquette, to participate in a simple conversation on the topics covered in the course, to ask and answer questions and to read short texts.
