About the course
This is the third part of the specialization «Global Talent Management» consists of three parts whereas each part will shed light on particular aspect of global talent management.
Part 3 will express specifics of talent management in different contexts. We will cover five contexts – Asia, Latin America, New Zealand, Central and Eastern Europe and Russia.
In this part our colleaugue Laura Maclennan, professor in Business at Centro Universitario FEI in Brazil continues conversation about talent management in Latina America, you also meet Snejina Michailova, Professor of International Business, The university of Auckland, Snejina will highlight talent management in small advanced economies (with Australia and New Zealand perspective).
The program «Global Talent Management » aims to provide theoretical and practical aspects of global talent management highlighting the role of talented employees and human capital at different levels of organizational behavior to ensure a firm’s sustainable growth, innovative breakthrough and competitive advantage in global environment. The program is intended as overview of global talent management approaches with focus on the creation and development of firm’s competitive advantage through people from strategic point of view in international business.
Nowadays every manager is talent manager as deals with people and teams despite professional/functional areas of employment. Talent management competence provides necessary conditions for effective leadership and performance results.
